Chad Daniel started Cornerstone in 2003 which has grown into a leading provider of digital data focused litigation support services with offices in Houston and affiliates across the country.
He is an accomplished leader with more than 20 years of experience in the litigation support industry.
By offering flexible electronic discovery solutions and utilizing unparalleled industry knowledge, technical expertise and ground-breaking software innovation he has had great success with some of the largest firms and corporations with focus on data storage and management. Chad has a successful track record of delivering market-leading solutions, improved client satisfaction and predictable cost models.
He has a bachelor’s degree in Art and Business from Regis University.
James E. Vallee (“Jimmy”) – Founding Partner and Managing Director – Valhil Capital and Valhil Advisors, Co-Founder – HoneycombQ, Co-Founder and Chairman – Deltawave Energy, and Publisher – Astrolight Media.
Prior to founding Valhil Capital, Vallee enjoyed more than two decades as a Partner in three global AmLaw 100 law firms, advising public and private companies, master limited partnerships (MLPs), investment banking firms, sovereign wealth and private equity funds in more than US$100 billion of worldwide M&A transactions and securities offerings, including OGE Energy Corp. in its $11 billion midstream merger with CenterPoint Energy, Continental Airlines in its $8.5 billion all stock, public-to-public merger of equals with United Airlines, and Micron Technologies $5.2 billion NAND Flash joint venture with Intel.
Mr. Vallee holds a Bachelor of Sciences (summa cum laude) – Lamar University, a Juris Doctorate (cum laude) – Texas Tech University School of Law, and an Associate – Audio Engineering – Full Sail Center for the Recording Arts.
Mr. Vallee is the former Chairman – St. Francis Episcopal School (Houston), and Board Treasurer – Academy of Finance, SBISD (Houston) and presently serves on the board of directors of several Valhil portfolio companies, including HoneycombQ, Navexwan Global Commodities, Astrolight Media and Deltawave Energy.
Clay Cash is the Founder and President of cDiscovery Inc.
For more than 20 years, Mr. Cash has provided consulting, delivery, and systems design and development solutions for corporations, law firms, and service providers in the eDiscovery and Litigation Support industry.
He assists customers with their processes, large scale systems, and data challenges to allow them to meet organizational goals and project requirements.
Prior to his time in the eDiscovery industry, Mr. Cash worked as an architect, developer, and implementor of large web, ERP, CRM, and data warehousing and business intelligence systems for large manufacturing and financial clients.
Clay holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Molly is an marketing strategist and analyst with decades of experience in the online media and technology space, with expertise in advertising & marketing effectiveness.
She advised thousands of clients, including most of the top 50 advertisers in their evolution from traditional media formats in their transition to the online space.
More recently, Molly has focused on advising entrepreneurs and emerging businesses on how to utilize cutting edge technologies to grow their businesses quickly and efficiently.
Clearly understanding the opportunity that utilizing blockchain technologies bring to the business world, Molly dove into the newest generation of internet technology.
Molly has a quickly growing YouTube podcast (@cleverhummingbird) focused on educating people about blockchain technology and the future of money.
Molly has a B.S. in Statistics & Biometry from Cornell University.
